The Scar Solution in a Tube

Clearscar is 100% silicone, clinically proven to improve the appearance of scars is as little as 8 weeks.

Advances in technology have thankfully made it possible for scars to be removed with little to no trace.  However, the best scar treatments available could be prohibitively expensive and would require a visit to a surgical clinic.

Don’t worry, now there’s Clearascar Scar Gel! The product contains 100% silicone, clinically proven effective in lightening, softening, and flattening the appearance of scars in as little as 8 weeks with twice (2x) a day application.  It can be used on all types of scars caused by burns, cuts, surgeries, injuries, etc. and works best on elevated ones such as Hypertrophic scars and Keloids.  Hypertrophic are the red and raised scars usually caused by burns, surgeries, injuries, and wounds.

According to the update on Scar Management Guidelines for Treating Asian Patients, “Silicone Gel and Topical Silicone therapy will most likely continue to be the preferred first line treatment for hypertrophic scars due to its availability, price, ease of application, lack of serious adverse effects and relative efficacy.”

Most visible results can be seen once Clearascar is applied on immature scars the earliest possible time.

Try Clearascar now!  Order online: www.clearascar.com.ph

How to Use:
  • Ensure that the wound has completely closed – no scabs or raw areas.
  • Make sure that the affected area is clean and dry.
  • Apply a very thin layer of Clearascar to the affected area 1 to 2 times a day. Do not massage the gel into the area.
  • Allow the gel to dry completely for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Once dry you may cover the area with pressure garments, sunblock or cosmetics.

It is safe to be used on children. It is also safe to be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women because it is made of silicone which does not get absorbed into the blood stream but it is always best to consult your doctor before using any topical creams during pregnancy and lactation.

Also available in all leading drugstores nationwide for as low as Php 418.95 (6g tube) and Php 761.20 (15g tube) based on SRP.  The 6g tube will last up to 60 days for a 1-2 inch scar. The 15g tube will last up to 60 days for a 3-5 inch scar.

*Mercury Drugstore, Watsons, South Star Drug, Rose Pharmacy etc.

Inglot Lipstick 87 review

The freedom system lipstick of Inglot comes in pots. I made a violet makeup look using Inglot eyeshadow 441 and Inglot Freedom system Lipstick 87.

It has a metallic finish. It is moisturising and your lip won't feel dry. Its shimmer particles looks smaller when applied on the lips but if you removed it they are actually larger. Freedom system lipsticks usually has not taste or tastes bad especially the red ones.

Below is the video of the makeup tutorial or look I did.

Campaign Strategy Tips from Jollibee

I had a chance to attend the talk of Jollibee's PR head. She discussed how the Valentine videos Vow, Date and Crush went viral. They hired indie film directors, conducted auditions and workshops for actors and bought rights of original song they used. The PR head even mentioned that other companies did not release their respective pre-made Valentine videos because thy are afraid of being accused of copying Jollibee.

#KJVSLearnings
1. Have a solid and clear strategic intent
2. Anchor your campaign on a powerful truth
3. Stay true to what your brand stands for
4. Consider relevance and relatability
5. Choose your story wisely
6. Powerful story telling
7. Understand the power of social media
8. Great timing
9. Campaign amplification
10. Create and nurture a collaborative team

More marketing or campaign strategy tips given. Click here to watch video

The indie film directors' popularity also increased they got many Facebook friend requests.

Things I learned in the talk:

1. Make videos that people can relate to and include parts that happen in real life.
2. Include stories that are not always in the mainstream or 'gasgas' na. A twist in the story helps.
3. If it is a love story most likely Filipinos will watch it since most telenovelas and movies int he Philippines are about love stories.
3. Plan when is the right timing to release the videos. Do not upload during office or sleeping hours.
4. Free PRs had a lot of contribution to making videos viral since there is share button in Facebook.
5. Have a budget for these videos and do quality planning. If you do not have a committee or many people to consult with like individual vloggers it would not be easy.
6. Post some teasers (posters, short video clips) days before the main campaign

Knowing Jollibee is a big company I can say they have more man power, budget and advantages than individual bloggers.

Working with limited budget, individual bloggers/vloggers are their own photographers, videographers, makeup artists, set design builders, marketers, script writer.

Unfortunately nowadays some viral videos have negative impact to the society like controversies, broken relationships, and pornography. It is a challenge for us individual bloggers to make videos viral that have good content that will inspire others.

Just like any company they keep monthly and even daily records of their statistics like fb views, likes, shares, youtube views, etc monthly and even daily. Individual bloggers/vloggers will have a hard time tracking all these especially the number of products that they were able to sell if the products are also available in malls.

Review: Clinique vs. Lancome Mascara

Mascara helps make the eyes look more lively. I compared two brands of mascara.

Clinique Mascara High Impact Mascara

The wand has more finer tooth or has more bristles. The consistency is more thin than that of lancome. It is also It has 3.5ml which has more contents than Lancome's mascara. It is black. It is lightweight. I don't feel like I'm wearing a mascara. The effect on my lashes is like volumizing. It appeared that I had more lashes than before. It doesn't have a stingy or weird smell.

Lancome High Definition Mascara

Its contents is 2.07ml. This is dark gray. I would not say that it is black because it is lighter than Clinique's mascara. It's consistency is thicker. I can feel that I am wearing a mascara. The effect on my lashes is that it can hold my lashes thicker, higher and stronger.  It doesn't have a stingy or weird smell.

I prefer to use the Clinique mascara but if you want your lashes to appear longer then you might opt to use Lancome mascara.

Left eye: Clinique mascara, Right: Lancome mascara

Novuhair Summer Hair Care Tips

Heading to the beach may be the most exciting part of summer. It is almost always part of the itinerary this season for most people. Others prefer to give in to their adrenaline rush climbing that mountain slope or just about anything that gets you that summer tan to fit in the crowd.
Did you know that spending extended hours under the extreme summer sun can pose serious danger to your hair and scalp? The same UV rays that brings damage to your skin without proper protection can equally hurt your hair and scalp.

Below are some of the problems your hair can encounter during the season:

·        Split-Ends - UV rays and extreme high temperature can take their toll on your strands. The heat drains the moisture of your hair out causing breakage.

·        Double Trouble – Rebonded or permed hair needs extra attention as high temperature well as humidity disrupts the cuticle breaking some of the chemical bonds that keep the hair straight or curls and roughing up the cuticle, taking away shine and smoothness.

·        Scalp problem – Scalp may also get sun-burned if you don’t use cover-ups for your head.

·        Grease problem – Summer sun and humidity can bring extra grease on your hair, leaving it vulnerable to damage.

·        Chlorine Stress – Swimming in the pool subjects your hair to chlorine.  The outer layers of the cuticle of the hair opens up when you swim and chlorinated water seeps into the center of the hair thus making your hair more brittle.

·        Excessive Salt Water – Salt water can cause the same damage as chlorinated ones. Salt water dries on the hair it creates a high-saline solution which can build up and cause hair to feel dry, weighed down and hard to manage.

All these problem can be addressed by keeping your hair clean and showered after each activities. Take vitamin supplements that benefits you hair such as Vitamin C and Biotin. Getting your hair pampered will also give respite to the sun and chemical abuse.

Novuhair, nature’s answer to hair loss is made of 19 Natural ingredients which includes herbal components such as moringa oleifera, panax ginseng, virgin coconut oil and the natural essences of rosemary and peppermint.

Novuhair nourishes the scalp and hair by increasing the flow of nutrients and improving blood circulation to the scalp. Novuhair also helps hydrate the scalp, maintain the hair’s natural luster and prevent early hair graying, hair dryness and itching. #NovuhairSummer

Photo from ibtimes.com

Minsan may change in stage design pa, yung may mga umiikot ikot pa. May mash ups pa, medley, madaming back up dancers, etc.

Halos walang back up dancers. Yung mga solo lang ang may back up dancers ex. Psy nung One Korea Global Peace concert.

Ang mahal kaya at pinag hirapan talaga iset up.

(the feels)

First time ko makasakay ng eroplano noon.
