In the box it is indicated that is made in China but designed in the USA. It is Paraben free.

Texture.  It doesn't dry up very fast and doesn't leave many clumps.

Effect. It lengthens the eyelashes. The wand is not curved. You need to use a good eyelash curler before using this. It is lightweight. The product description says it has a glossy finish. Compared to a glossy liquid eyeliner you cannot easily determine if has a glossy or matte finish.

If I compare it with Maybelline Hypercurl Mascara. Maybelline mascara dries up faster, has less contents in the tube and has more clumps. Maybelline Hypercurl holds the lashes stronger than Pixi by Petra Mascara.
