2.Participants must read the full mechanics.
3.Participants are going to rate and review Heroine Make Philippines on the official Facebook page
4.Participants may only join once

Determination of Winners

1.The winners will be randomly selected via electronic raffle
2.There will be one (1) winner of Heroine Make gift packs
3.Determination of winner shall be done in at PurpleBug, Inc. Unit 806 8/F Antel Corporate Centre, Valero St., Salcedo Village, Makati City on October 13 – 15, 2015

Notification of Winners

1.Announcement of winner will be on October 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM
2.The winner will be given three (3) calendar days to contact the Heroine Make Online Team by sending them a message via Facebook
3.The winner will be asked to send their complete contact details (full name, address, mobile number, email).
4.Upon receiving the winner’s full contact details, the Heroine Make Online Team will send a notification message to officially consider him/her as the winner.
5.Upon receipt of the notification message, the winner must message back that he/she has received the notification message.

Redemption of Prizes and Forfeiture

1.The winner/s will be receiving their Heroine Make Gift Packs after Heroine Make Online Team upon receipt of winner’s contact details.
2.Heroine Make Online Team will be shipping their prizes to their given location along with its tracking details.

PROMO RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Only entries of registered Facebook users will be considered in the Promo.
2.Employees of PurpleBug, Inc., Mandom Philippines , and their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity and relatives   of affinity are disqualified from joining.
3.Mandom Philippines reserves the right to disqualify entries submitted that may contain content that is:
a)Defamatory or obscene
b)Fraudulent, false, deceptive or misleading
c)Otherwise offensive or inappropriate
d)Does not conform nor adhere to the mechanics of the Promo
4.Entries that do not comply with the Promo requirements shall be automatically disqualified from the Promo.
5.All entries and materials sent will be credited to the participant but will automatically become the property of Mandom  Philippines and may be used without any compensation. The participants to this Promo expressly and irrevocably waive their  rights in and to the materials submitted hereunder and give Mandom Philippines the right to use such materials.
6.By joining this Promo, the participant signifies that he/she has read, understood and agrees to abide by the Promo Mechanics and the Rules, Terms and Conditions.
7.In case of disputes, the decision of Mandom Philippines is deemed final.

10.No substitution or transfer of prizes shall be permitted except at the option of Mandom Philippines.  Mandom Philippines reserves the right to substitute a prize for equal value in place of advertised prizes that are unavailable.
11.Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the materials submitted, pictures and the winner’s name for advertising purposes without further notice or compensation to the winner and/or the participants.  Use of the person’s likeness however, will be subject to the consent of the participant.
12.In no event shall Mandom Philippines, its affiliates or subsidiaries be liable to the participants for any monetary amount greater than the value of the prizes due to the winners under this Promo.
13.Mandom Philippines, its affiliates and subsidiaries shall not be liable to the participants in contract, tort or negligence or otherwise for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the participants and which is of indirect or inconsequential nature, including without limitation any economic loss or other loss.
