Find the Missing Goldilocks cake

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. will be giving away prizes to selected participants who can find the missing Goldilocks cake.

How to Join

Step 1: Help us find the #MissingGoldiCake
Step 2: Check if it's the one with 50 number candle and shaped like the cake cut out from the billboard.
Step 3: There's a hashtag (#MissingGoldiCake) written on the cake piece. Please check if it's there.
Step 4: Take a selfie with the #MissingGoldiCake in the background.
Step 5: Upload the photo on our microsite (www.goldilocks.com.ph/missinggoldicake) and complete the entry form.

How to Win

• Participants need to provide complete details (Name, Age, Address, Contact No.) in order for the entry to be considered valid. Participants with invalid details will be disqualified.
• Participants need to upload the photo with the following formats only: .jpg and .png in order for the entry to be considered valid.
• Participants can upload a photo with a maximum size of 2MB.
• Each participant is allowed to submit up to three (3) entries only. Participants that will exceed the entry limit will be disqualified.
• There will only be one (1) draw. A DTI representative will be present during the draw to verify the game paraphernalia and validate winners and possible disqualifications.
• The draw will take place on June 29, 2016 at Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. 498 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City at 3PM in the presence of a DTI representative.
• During the draw, Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. will be selecting five (5) winners of Php 10,000.00 cash and ten (10) winners of Php 5,000.00 worth of Goldilocks gift certificate.

How to Claim

• All winners will be notified through registered mail and text message.
• The list of winners will also be posted on Goldilocks Official on Facebook.
• By supplying the above information, selected participant guarantees that he/she freely enters/participates in the promotion. He/she also guarantees that he/she is not contractually prohibited by any person, company or entity from joining this promotion or from being associated with the Goldilocks brand.
  Redemption period shall be until 60 days after the receipt of registered mail.
• To redeem their prizes, winners must present: (a) letter-notification of winning from Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc.; (b) two (2) valid proofs of identity and (c) if through a representative, authorization letter from the winner. The representative must also present a valid ID and the letter-notification of Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc.
• Unclaimed prizes after 60 days of notification will be reported to DTI and upon approval by DTI shall be forfeited in favor of Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc.
• This e-raffle promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing raffle promotions of Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc.

Prizes

• Each winner will receive the following prizes:
           - 5 Winners of Php10,000.00 cash
           - 10 Winners of Php5,000.00 worth of Goldilocks gift certificate
• All applicable taxes, if any, shall be shouldered by Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc.
• Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. will not shoulder the winners’ transportation costs and other expenses during the redemption of entries.
• Goldilocks gift certificates are not convertible to cash but are transferrable.
• Cash prize is transferrable.
• All entries, edits and revisions thereof shall be owned by Goldilocks Philippines Inc. and can be used, edited, published and displayed in any and all advertising materials on Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. social media sites including Facebook and Instagram, and other advertising channels/for and internal communication materials, at any time without compensation and need for participants’ consent.
• The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram.
• The participant is providing information to Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. and Y&R Philippines and not to Facebook and Instagram.

Eligibility of Joining

• The Goldilocks Missing Cake Promo is open to male and female residents of the Philippines.
• Employees of Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc., its affiliates and franchisees, employees of the Advertising agency Y&R Philippines and relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are not qualified to join the promo.
