It feels powdery on the hands but when you placed it on your skin it isn't rough. It is white and not that translucent.
It lasted for 2-2 and half hours only. I applied two layers.
Mary Kay Beige 2 liquid foundation, Milea, Mineral Finisher powder, Mary Kay Champagne mineral blush, Milea Burgundy Lip Creme, LA eyeliner, EB HD brown pencil for eyebrows.
