ELF Lipstick Review

I have been using ELF Lipstick since 2012. It doesn't make my lips dark. The shades I have used are Flirtatious and Seductive.

It makes a medium to full coverage of lips. It has a quite creamy texture when applied. It less than P200 and can be found in SM department stores.
