I visited Figaro Sta. Cruz Laguna
branch. It is one jeepney ride from DLTB bus terminal Sta Cruz. It is near Pedro
Guevarra Highschool. The ambience and lighting inside is good. Most of the
paint is yellow and white which makes the store look lively. It has aircon and
wifi inside. The pastries and cakes are displayed. There is a variety of food
you can choose from. It is not only a coffee shop but you can also eat meals
with rice. It is Filipino owned so it is no surprise that there are meals with
rice.
I like their menu book because it
is very presentable and the food have very nice pictures. It was easier for me
to select.
For lunch ordered Bbq Pork Belly
(P249). It comes with a lemonade drink
and custard caramel. The prices are reasonable and affordable. It is a good
thing that they served the meal with spoon, fork and knife. The meat can’t be
sliced using just spoon and fork. I also had a quite hard time slicing it using
the fork but when I chew it, it is not hard.
For merienda I ordered Forest
Blueberry drink (P140) and Baked ham and cheese (P135). I like the baked ham
and cheese because it has pizza sauce. I had Blueberry cheesecake for take out
(P135). It is creamy and its sweetness is just enough.
There are seats outside. Customers who
want to eat outside the store can have shade because of the yellow big
umbrellas. The staff are kind and friendly. There is also a couch area inside
the store. This corner is perfect for those who want to relax and feel at home.
