Review: Super Delights Brownies

It was my first time to taste Super Delights Brownies. I saw a bite size pack in a mercury drug branch and bought one. I was skeptical to buy from other stores the big package because I avoid eating snacks that aren't tried and tested. There are many foreign snacks sold in random stores. I thought super delights brownies is one of them that's why I never buy from them. 😊🍞🍰

.

The bite size is worth P3.50. The taste and amount are so much more than the price. If it is sold individually in a cakeshop maybe it would be sold at P10-30 each because it is really delicious.

Feature: CM & Sons Food Products, Inc.

MERZCI is the trade name of CM & SONS FOOD PRODUCTS, INC. It is the leading bread and food
pasalubong producer in Bacolod City and the island of Negros. It carries a wide array of product
lines, namely, BAKESHOP, FAST FOOD, PASALUBONG, and PURIFIED WATER.

The company maintains optimum standards in its manufacturing processes and is constantly updating
and improving its product lines. Along with its constant improvements, it strives to deliver customer
satisfaction by bringing the highest “Value for Money” to its customers.
In 2014, following its trademark application with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPO)
, the trade name got updated from Merci to Merzci. With the update in the name, came the upgrades
and improvements of the company to produce better products and services to its customers. Thus,
launching the brand in October 2014 as “The New and Improved MERZCI”. The addition of the letter
Z in the name signifies that the company has been gearing up and focusing on targeting the
GENERATION Z as the main market of its products and services. Customers can expect more from
the company in the succeeding years – new products, more branches, improved customer service,
and new ways to experience, share, and be part of MERZCI.
As of Jan 2018, the company is manned by a 1, 600-strong workforce more or less, with each
department effectively working together to produce and maintain quality products for its customers.
CORPORATE VISION
Merzci will be a TOP LEADING BRAND in the Philippine Bakery Industry in Bakeshop and Pasalubong
that is aggressively present NATIONWIDE serving quality and reasonably-priced products.
COMPANY MISSION
The company aims to continually provide its consumers with the highest quality products and services
to maximize their money’s worth:
  • ·         By opening outlets and satellites hubs in key towns and cities in the Philippines.
  • ·         By hiring and training qualified and competent employees.
  • ·         By delivering high quality products with the best value for money.
  • ·         By using state-of-the-art technology and manufacturing equipment and practices.
  • ·         By being innovative with current trends in the national and global markets.
  • ·         By broadening reach through traditional and non-traditional channels.
COMPANY ROOTS

CM & Sons Food Products, Inc. was established as a family enterprise in 1995 in Bacolod City,
Negros Occidental. Its products are marketed under the trade name “Merci” a French word meaning
“thank you”. Though the trade name is undergoing a rebranding process from Merci to Merzci, the
company still believes that it will remain competitive in the food market.

Merzci started as a small bakery, supplying breads to a single store at the Libertad Market. Eventually,
its popularity became undeniable due to a growing satisfied customer pool. With its high quality
breads at affordable prices, combined with aggressive marketing strategies and the ingenuity of youth,
it did not take long for the company to establish its own branches around the city and supply products
to satellite dealers all over the province.

Merzci also evolved into a fast food restaurant serving scrumptious and affordable snacks and
short-order meals for people on the go.

Complementing its food line, it diversified its business interests in 2003 with the introduction of its
bottled purified water brands distributed around Negros Island, namely MERCI PURIFIED DRINKING
WATER and VITALIFE PURIFIED DRINKING WATER. Despite competition from national brands, the
two brands successfully sliced a big share in the province’s purified water market in only a few
months’ time and up to present. The water brand is also expected to follow suit in the rebranding of its
trade name.

The success of CM & Sons Food Products, Inc. may very well be attributed to its ability to cope with
the emergence of new markets and opportunities.

In January 2005, CM & Sons launched its newest line – MERZCI PASALUBONG TREATS, to cater to
the growing tourist and balikbayan crowd that regularly come to the province. The pasalubong treats
have gained a massive “suki” consumer crowd that prompted the company to open its first pasalubong
center in Singcang, Bacolod City in September 2005. This branch is only about five minutes away
from the old Bacolod Airport which, at that time, gained a wide acceptance among the locals and
travelers alike. Seven months later, a second pasalubong center emerged in Mandalagan in April 2006,
which now caters mainly to travelers leaving the city on the way to the north of the island. In 2008,
when the New Bacolod-Silay Airport was opened to the public a new branch conveniently located at the
Departure Area was opened for its customers who are always on the go. And, most recently last
February of 2013, BREDCO Branch was established to cater to Iloilo-Panay travelers making it a point
that, indeed, Merzci will always be a part of a traveler’s Bacolod experience.

For more than two decades, the company has produced quality products from breads to pastries to
Visayan delicacies to short order meals and even purified water. Products are made available in the
different branches and dealers in the Negros Island, Panay, even reaching as far as Tuguegarao City in
the North, Zamboanga City, Manila, and Cebu. Some products are also exported by distributors to
Canada, the USA, and other parts of the world.

Believing in the power of advertising and promotions, the company employs various media exposures
such as television, radio, print, and even social media to reach its varied target markets. Special events
such as concerts, tourism and sports events, and other special activities are also considered by the
company as avenues to reach new markets.

through nightly live shows.
A giant mirror ball, red and yellow confetti, and two sky dancers ushered in guests to the MERZCI stage.

Festival guests grooved to live music from Batukada de Negros, Aire Band, and 11th hour Band as

Review: Diner's Roast Beef Deluxe

I ordered roast beef deluxe in Diner's. It is my first time to eat at that fast food chain.

For P158, there is a burger, fries and a regular size iced tea.

The burger is not big. The patty is real beef meat however it is doesn't have taste. It is thinly cut. There is mayonnaise, lettuce, and cheese inside but still tastes bland. Maybe if the cheese is a little salty plus add ketchup, the taste would be better. The beef is well cooked/fried. You will have little difficulty cutting it.

The fries is not salty. It has very little salt. You have to dip it on ketchup so it would have a taste. It is well cooked and quite crunchy. For me the serving is not enough.

Maybe they don't add monosodiun glutamate or msg on their food.

The iced tea is slightly sweet and tastws good.

My visit to Figaro Sta. Cruz

I visited Figaro Sta. Cruz Laguna branch. It is one jeepney ride from DLTB bus terminal Sta Cruz. It is near Pedro Guevarra Highschool. The ambience and lighting inside is good. Most of the paint is yellow and white which makes the store look lively. It has aircon and wifi inside. The pastries and cakes are displayed. There is a variety of food you can choose from. It is not only a coffee shop but you can also eat meals with rice. It is Filipino owned so it is no surprise that there are meals with rice.

I like their menu book because it is very presentable and the food have very nice pictures. It was easier for me to select.

For lunch ordered Bbq Pork Belly (P249).  It comes with a lemonade drink and custard caramel. The prices are reasonable and affordable. It is a good thing that they served the meal with spoon, fork and knife. The meat can’t be sliced using just spoon and fork. I also had a quite hard time slicing it using the fork but when I chew it, it is not hard.

For merienda I ordered Forest Blueberry drink (P140) and Baked ham and cheese (P135). I like the baked ham and cheese because it has pizza sauce. I had Blueberry cheesecake for take out (P135). It is creamy and its sweetness is just enough.

There are seats outside. Customers who want to eat outside the store can have shade because of the yellow big umbrellas. The staff are kind and friendly. There is also a couch area inside the store. This corner is perfect for those who want to relax and feel at home.

About The Company

DIANA STALDER CENTRE & CAFE:
BEYOND SKINCARE… FOR THE PROMISE OF A BETTER YOU
As skincare centers continuously proliferate in our local market, most may consequently find it difficult to discern one from the other, as almost everyone generally hype about similar beautiful skin advocacies, leaving consumers with no perceived differentiating values. Not wanting to short-change clients with basic expectations, Diana Stalder, goes way beyond the promise of delivering beautiful skin through aesthetic means, as it innovatively incorporates the science of dietary nourishment to guarantee better results.
Such concept of holistic skincare was borne from the dynamic vision of Diana Stalder’s President & CEO, Dina Stalder, who empathically values healthy diet supplementation in better addressing various skin issues. By combining both methods, more clients can now experience more positive results, since most skin concerns are not exclusively triggered by external factors, but adverse internal conditions of the body, as well.
Since the holistic system could not be effectively conducted within the limited confines of a typical skincare center, Ms Stalder then established the dS Cafe to comprehensively serve as a nutritional diet haven for Diana Stalder patrons.
With its establishment, the dS Cafe had now gained prominence as a healthy food and beverage hub, offering a variety of low-calorie, skin-friendly food, consisting mainly of organic greens, protein-rich dishes with fibrous brown rice, zesty healthy sandwiches, and fresh fruit juices. It is, in fact, the only skincare center in the country that offers a distinctive health refreshment lounge to give clients utmost comfort and skincare boost.
Diana Stalder’s Cafe also provides an opportunity to showcase Ms Stalder’s exclusive IP Weight Loss Program, which combines methods from the Ideal Protein products of Canada, with her personally developed diet regimen that utilizes precisely measured alternative food sources, customized to clients’ profiles and lifestyles, to effectively help them shed unwanted pounds in just a few days or weeks. Several industry professionals proudly attest to this program’s positive results, and is no wonder why she also earned the monicker, “Coach Dina”, from satisfied clients.
Furthermore, with Ms Stalder’s devotion to alternative healing methods, she is set to include an organic juice bar, in partnership with Cebu’s famed Healing Present & Wellness Center, which utilizes nature’s organic produce in preparing healthy juices that detoxify and cleanse the body. These so-called “Healing Juices” were proven to have cured numerous people suffering from various health disorders, including serious conditions like cancer and kidney disease, while also helping eliminate the need for maintenance medications. Simply said, Diana Stalder clients will not only look great but definitely, feel great as well.
With Diana Stalder’s holistic mission, one will not only savour better looking skin, but reap the add-on benefits of a healthier skin and body, consequently, living up to its promise of a better you.

Pasta in Chowder is so affordable and comes in big serving. It is not only for one person. I shared Puttanesca with my mom at home but we were not able to finish it. It is good for 3 people. It's Italian style (not sweet). It is very delicious. 😍 You can watch them cook your food.
