Review: DreamSkin Derma Soap

DreamSkin Main sent me a Derma Facial Set. One of the contents is their Derma Soap. It is a whitening and anti-aging soap. Also according to the product description it lightens blemishes. Its weights is 135 grams.

It is paraben free and has natural ingredients such as Papaya Extract, Coconut Oil and Milk. It is not a bleaching but it lightens skin. The change can be seen at least a week after using it. Since it is big, I cut it into two. I didn't feel itchy or irritated whenever I use it. It doesn't produce too much bubbles and the texture is still the same even it becomes smaller. It doesn't become smaller quickly. 

I have yet to blog the reviews of the other skincare products in this set-Skincell lifting day cream, Extreme exfoliant night cream, Flawless white SPF 20 day cream, Balancing purifying Day and night toner and White booster Day and night toner.

Review: Crystal Infinity Products

Crystal Infinity gave me some of their products. I tried them for a few days.

First I will talk about the UA Derm Skin Lightening Deodorant. It is a spray. I used it for three days because I feel itchy about one hour after spraying it on my skin. I does decrease the appearance of chicken skin but it cannot act as an anti perspirant deodorant. Since it is made of some natural ingredients, the odor might be different when applied on the skin. I stopped using it after 3 days.

I used the Gluta Peeling soap for about a week. I can see that my skin is getting lighter. My skin exfoliates faster than the usual. It exfoliates is every other day. I can feel some irritation while it is on my skin but after washing with water the slight feeling of pain goes away.

I am currently using the overnight repair cream. I have been using it for almost a week on my elbows and knees. It lightens my skin but not drastically. You can feel a slight tingling sensation right after applying it. The tingling sensation is bearable and gradually goes away after a few minutes but it depends on the user whether to continue using it or not.

Over all the ingredients of each product compose of more of natural or organic ingredients. However I would say that maybe the products are not just for me. Anyway there are more products that you can see and try from Crystal Infinity. ^_^

Lactacyd White Intimate Review

To be beautiful you also need to be clean and hygienic. Lactacyd which is a trusted brand by women now has a feminine wash that has a natural whitening ingredient added. Latacyd White Intimate has marine-based Algowhite and plant-based Actipone-B which will lighten the skin within four weeks. It is dermatologically tested so it is safe to use. Kojie San Sunblock Lotion for kids

I was looking for a mild lotion at the supermarket then I saw Kojie San for Kids. I am confident that I will be protected from the sun because it has SPF 50 but at the same time it would not be harsh on my skin.

I purchased it because it is indicated that it is "Paraben Free". It is less than P200 so it is very affordable unlike other lotions with SPF 50 that costs nearly P500.

Features: 

Specially formulated for kid's delicate skin. Great protection for sun's harmful UVA/UVB rasy. Made with natural botanical ingredients to keep skin from irritation and feeling moisturized.

With Oat Kernel Extract and Shea Butter. PABA and Paraben free. 

It contains SUNACTYL, a natural ingredient, which helps repair sun damaged skin.

How to Use: 

Apply Kojiesan Kids Sunblock SPF50 generously 30 minutes before going outdoors. Re-apply frequently to maintain sun protection. Suitable for daily use. Store at room temperature.

As I apply it on my skin it is not that greasy but it is quite thick. It is thinner in consistency compared to other lotions with SPF 50. It leaves a very light white tint but it is not obvious or doesn't cake. I do not feel any tingly or itchy feeling when I apply it. It is somewhat has a very light feel on the skin. I still can feel that my skin can breathe and perspire. ahehe

If you ask if it is effective, for me it is. But do not over expect that the skin will never get tan even a little bit if the sunlight is really strong. It is best not to be exposed in direct sunlight even if you wear sunblock.

Review: Nivea Body Milk Whitening

Recently the Nivea 50% ended. May 9 to be exact. My brother also bought some items Nivea for men and he called me to know if there was something I want to have. I said the orange Cell Repair and Protect would be great for the ladies of the family. And so he bought one which is the 250 mL. There will be four of us ladies who will share in one bottle.

Packaging

This orange one is slightly lesser in price than the pink or violet one. And since it is 50% it costs P100+ instead of P211.75.

The front part is informative already and says the function 'Strengthens the skin to reveal fairer skin tone'. So it strengthens the skin + whitens or lightens the skin.

The essential ingredients are also listed in the front part Camu Camu and Acerola Cherry.

What's great is that it says 'All Skin Types' so technically it can be for a large number of customers than lotions with 'For dry skin only' or 'for oily skin only', etc.

The blue cap has an embossed lettering "NIVEA'.

The back part indicates the feel you will expect- it has only light feel. It also states that your skin will be fairer and smoother after 14 days of regular use. The website is also listed at back. www.Nivea.com. For me this important because the people nowadays always rely on the internet so if they get curious about a company and its product they can go straight to the website.

Its great that the body milk has grape seed oil and fruit juice and also citric acid but I'm concerned about the two Parabens listed. Health conscious people and also people who are looking for para free products will be crossing out this product if ever they read this.

The Body Milk 

Honestly I'm still wondering what is the difference between a body milk and a lotion and serum. Well for me body milk has thinner consistency that lotion. Do you agree? Or can anyone explain to me the difference between the three of them? Write on the comments below.. Hehehe

The color of the body milk is white. It is not that thick and doesn't feel greasy after application but I would prefer a thicker consistency because it still feels a little bit dry.

I'm curious how the violet or pink one feels. Maybe next time I'll try it.

As for the packaging I observed that nowadays products with liquid contents has a foil inside the bottle so you still need to punch a hole using a pin or needle to get a small amount of product but f course you will be caught in the grocery store if you do the pinning there.

Today May 9 is the last day of 50% off of Nivea products. I bought of their products and decided to make a review.

Packaging 

It comes in a blue plastic squeeze bottle. You can easily read the SPF 25 PA++. For me the SPF is what I am looking for in a lotion aside from being a good moisturizing lotion. Nivea can improve the the packaging by placing inside the bottle or the opening.

The back has essential information which customers are looking for. Due to the hot weather in the Philippines especially during summer the skin gets dry fast. This lotion is a good remedy for dry skin.

The ingredients are listed also at the back. I love it that it is Paraben Free and it has Vitamin E.

The Serum

The lotion itself is white. It is not thick. When you apply it on the skin it doesn't feel greasy. After applying it feels like my skin can still breathe. If your skin is super dry maybe you need to use a lotion with a thicker consistency.

I also apply it on my face and it didn't cause any pimple breakout.

It comes with an easy squeeze bottle. The cream is white and not so thick. It smells so good and moisturizes the skin but the effect is not long lasting. It has no SPF so if you plan to go out of the house where or mix this product with SPF.

Sunshine Fields Shower Gel Review

This product is just a Christmas present to me. This is available in Watsons stores and SM Department stores in SM Malls. It has a fruity scent. The consistency of the gel is not thick and it is more of a viscous gel.

I use it with a bath sponge or bath scrub.

What's good about this product is it has Aloe Vera which is good for the skin. It also has citric acid

Ingredients

The gel is very light yellow but it would not tint the skin.
